Digital Democracy

Digital Democracy is a line of thought developed by Carlos Magariños since Argentina 4.0: La Revolución Ciudadana in 2013 to analyze how digital technologies are transforming the relationship among citizens, political representation, and institutions. The approach connects participation and disintermediation with the new challenges of algorithmic mediation, the governance of the digital public sphere, and the institutional strengthening of vulnerable democracies. This work combines conceptual analysis with more than three decades of executive experience in government, diplomacy, institutional reform and international organizations
