His passion for entrepreneurship led him to link business with academia in his quest to create value through innovation.

To do so, he founded several companies. Currently, with Belen Di Paolo, he leads Global Foresight, promoting investment projects and access to capital market, through early identification of market trends, collecting there the experience gather at Foresight 2020 S.A. and Global Business Development Network LLC (between 2007 and 2015).

Mobilizing almost U$200 million for project finance (in food, biotec, energy and ICTs) and portfolio investments he has participated in acquisitions, debt restructuring and business development.

Based in Washington, Buenos Aires, Lima and Mumbai, he has organized more than 50 events in America, Europe and Asia and published hundreds of business opportunity reports.

Over two decades, Carlos has been Chairman, CEO, Board Member and International Advisor of institutions such as the Global Alliance of SMEs(China/US); the Argentine Chamber of Energy (Argentina); the Bank of the Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina); the San Ignacio de Loyola University (Peru-US); the Montevideo Circle (Uruguay) and the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (India), among others.

Is Director of Global Strategy and External Affairs of Werthein Group and in Vrio Corporation, that operates DIRECTV Latin America, SKY (Brasil) and DIRECTV GO.
