Change. Future. Solutions These are the subjects that obsess people anywhere in the world. Its course and outcome will shape the borders of the society of the future.
These are urgent issues that demand our attention as never before and that force us to address them by placing the human being at the centre of the scene, expanding their civil and political rights to strengthen the democratic system, often hijacked by political, business and union bureaucracies.
A crucial aspect of this process is linked to the strengthening of the quality of the education system, so that each person can assume the values and acquire the skills that a future of change will demand from us in a new and competitive labour market.
To face modern times, we must be able to catalyse a process of change that takes place in the world, adapting it to our reality and generating concrete solutions to live better in the future.
Therefore, a central theme of my work is change and, above all, the need to adopt a positive attitude towards it; about the convenience of leveraging on it to achieve our objectives and the folly of resisting it, as well as using its dynamics to transform problems into opportunities.
We are going through a time of changes. Exponential changes that alter our reality constantly and in different ways.
When it seems that we finally get used to a state of affairs, a series of technological, political and social changes burst in a sudden way to turn upside down the ideas that we just captured and the categories we were trying to assume. That happens more and more frequently. It is surprising the speed, depth and intensity with which these changes unfold their dynamics in our daily life.
For those over 45 it is difficult to recognize the world we study in school or university, full of bipolar categories and loaded with fixed and permanent truths. For the younger ones, however, the challenge is even greater. It is difficult for them to imagine where the world we know today is going.
