His passion for entrepreneurship led him to link business with academia and to found several companies to create value through innovation.

He participated in acquisitions, debt restructuring and business development. Currently, with Belen Di Paolo, he leads Global Foresight, promoting investment projects and access to capital market, through early identification of market trends. 

He collects there the experience gather at Foresight 2020 S.A. and Global Business Development Network LLC (since 2007), mobilizing almost U$200 million for project finance (in food, biotec, energy and ICTs) and portfolio investments. Based in Washington, Buenos Aires, Lima and Mumbai, he has organized more than 50 events in America, Europe and Asia and published hundreds of business opportunity reports.

Over two decades, Carlos has been Chairman, CEO or Board Member of institutions such as the Global Alliance of SMEs(China/US); the Argentine Chamber of Energy; the Bank of the Province of Buenos Aires; the San Ignacio de Loyola University (Peru-US); the Montevideo Circle (Uruguay), the Indian Chamber of Commerce and the World Agriculture Forum (NL); among others.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Vrio Corporation (that operates DIRECTV Latin America and SKY Brasil) owned by Werthein Group (a mid-market buyout fund).
