He had already been appointed Secretary for Industry of the Argentine Republic, when he was barely 31 years old.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is a &#8220;self-made&#8221; professional that became a recognized reference in innovation and economic development, regularly sharing his ideas, embodied in ten books, in conferences around the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He has defined his leadership promoting &#8220;change&#8221; processes and\u00a0demonstrates a broad mastery of global strategic issues, identifying the role they play to define the present and to delineate the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carlos has been <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Secretar%C3%ADa_de_Industria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Secretary of State<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Anexo:Embajadores_de_Argentina_en_Brasil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ambassador<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalsmes.org\/html\/index.php?func=council_v2&amp;lan=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chairman<\/a> and CEO, Senior Associated Member of St Antony&#8217;s College at University of Oxford and Senior Fellow of the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies (RDCY) at Renmin University of China.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently, he leads <span lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalforesightc.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Foresight <\/a><\/span>S.A. and lives in Argentina with his wife, Bel\u00e9n Di Paolo, his daughter Milagros and his sons Tomas and Agustin.
